This is an amazing place to celebrate any kind of event or just to go and relax for a couple of hours. You will find the décor to be festive and fun and the wait staff to be unbelievably knowledgeable about the menu options. There is quite a variety available and if we had to recommend a few of their signature dishes, we would suggest Quail Legs, Striped Bass or the Mojave Navajo Tacos. This is one of those restaurants where it is very difficult to pin down a term that should be used in referring to the cuisine they serve. For one thing, we can say it is very unique. When the owners are asked about it, they have actually invented a new term, “Mountain Mex.” What does this mean? That they have taken traditional recipes and updated them with a distinct Rocky Mountain twist.
